Continuing Education:  Credit Tracker

Does your organization have a need to track member's continuing education credits or professional education units? 

This iPART is perfect to solve this need.  

  • The information is written directly into iMIS for the logged in user.
  • Allows for a document to be uploaded if desired.
  • Allows two levels of categorization for the credit.    

  • The iPart allows a user to enter CEU information 
  • The Activity has customized selections for different type of events (i.e. webinar, conference, state committee meeting)
  • The user can enter the number of CE hours/points for the event
  • A document can be uploaded to support the user input (i.e. a course completion certificate)
  • The iPart can handle simple CEU submissions by itself or in combination with iMIS certification


The iPart has three elements:

  1. Credit Uploader: The page where a person would enter their credit and upload documentation.
  2. Credit List:  The page where a person would see their uploaded credits.  This is simply an IQA on a page displaying data from our custom Business Object.
  3. Staff Document Listing:  This is a page that will be added to your staff site to allow staff members with the appropriate rights to review all submitted entries.
